2009 Annual Membership/Scholarship Golf Outing

Friday, June 5, 2009 - 8:00am - Clinton Hills Country Club, Swansea, IL

The Annual Membership / Scholarship Golf Outing which is a fund raiser for membership scholarships will be held on Friday, June 5, 2009 at Clinton Hills Country Club, 3700 Old Collinsville Rd, Swansea, IL 62226 (Phone: 618-277-3700).

Participation in the outing will be limited to 144 PAID golfers (36 foursomes) on a first come first served basis. Payment due in full by May 19, 2009.

Schedule of Events:

• 8:00 a.m. Registration
• 9:00 a.m. “Shotgun” Start
• Hotdogs and refreshments on the turn
• 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m BBQ will be served and the Award Ceremony.

Proceeds from the outing will be used by the ASSE for membership scholarships.

The price at Clinton Hills Country Club is $80 per person - $320 for each team of four. This includes BBQ, a cart, green fees, Award Ceremony. The format of the tournament will be four-golfer team scramble. Winners awarded to A, B, C FLIGHTS for the First & Second place finishers. Attendance prizes will also be presented.

Mulligans and Skin game:

1. A two mulligan per player maximum.
2. A skins game.
3. You can prepay your mulligan and skins game fees with your registration.

Members are asked to participate with their support as follows:

1. Co-host for the BBQ, refreshments & Lunch at a cost of $200 (New opportunity to advertise your company)
2. Sponsor golf holes at a cost of $150.

Directions: Take I-64 east to Illinois, Exit 12 (Fairview Heights), Right on Highway 159 for approximately 4 - 5miles, Left on Frank Scott Parkway, Right on Old Collinsville Road, Clinton Hills Country Club is approximately ¾ mile down the road on your left.
